How does the delivery process work?
Here are three steps of the shipping process include of receiving, processing and fulfilling an order. All of these steps affect how quickly and accurately you can prepare and ship a customer's order directly to its final destination.

In case, your address falls in a location that is not served by the delivery partners, the DEASHA INDIA team member will contact you and find an alternate solution to get your order delivered to your exact destination.
What is the estimated delivery time of your order?
Usually, estimated delivery time is the expected time when the shipped order will be delivered to the final location, and this time can be within 7 to 14 working days while for customized orders it is 10 to 15 working days. As all products are made to order, there may be some delay in some cases due to different levels of dependencies. Even, we diligently ship orders throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays.
Some rare situations when we cannot deliver the product to you in the given time period which are –
During many occasions like festivals, contrasty weather conditions, or political crises, your shipment may be further delayed due to reliance on courier companies. We assure you that we will try our best to deliver the product to you at the best possible time and we really appreciate your patience. After dispatch, delivery timelines are managed by our logistics partners. While we are not liable for unforeseen delays, we will do our best to support you in resolving any shipping issues.
How can track my order?
You can easily track your order when your order is shipped and you will receive an email from “DEASHA INDIA” with the tracking ID of the associated courier partner. You can simply click on "Track Order" and enter the number of your order ID or full AWB to check where your order has reached or how long it will take to be delivered.

How do I return or refund an order?
If you want to return the product then give genuine reasons like defective, and damaged items received. For this read our store policy, then keep the original packaging, and take photos of any defects and damaged items. And contact our support team through the given details. Then we will work on the refund process at the earliest.

Are there any shipping charges?
DEASHA INDIA offers free shipping for prepaid orders while for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a standard fee of Rs.150 is applicable.
Do You Offer Online Tracking?
Yes, we send the tracking ID to your email to track the order.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can change the shipping address before we have shipped your order, by contacting our customer support team.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
DEASHA INDIA offers International shipping services. We happily provide our customers with attractive shipping for all international orders. In International shipments, shipping charges depend on the weight of the parcel. Taxes and charges are calculated as per your shipping destination and are generally paid by the customer. As the recipient, you are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs duties, and local sales taxes imposed by the country to which we are shipping. These are required to be paid for in order to clear your order from customs upon arrival. Exchange and return/refund is not available for international orders.

From the time of shipping – it will take about 15-20 working days for your international order to reach you. After dispatch, delivery timelines are managed by our logistics partners. While we are not liable for unforeseen delays, we will do our best to support you in resolving any shipping issues.
